The hotel is conveniently located in a busy district, near a subway station and within walking distance to shopping areas in Wan Chai. You can easily catch a bus to the airport from the nearby station, making it convenient for travelers. there are several restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity, providing plenty of dining options.
The noise level due to the cleaning staff in the morning can be quite disruptive to guests trying to sleep peacefully.

I most appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Hong Kong Convention & Exposition Center (13 minutes walk by covered sidewalks above the roads). Also, there was good water pressure for the shower.
1) The bed was too firm, like sleeping on a box-spring. (In USA, this is the support underneath the mattress, which itself is not very comfortable). 2) The English skills of the front desk staff were weak, and I consistently wished that there were someone else working with better English communication skills. 3) The walls were fairly thin, such that I could hear people in the adjacent rooms, and was subsequently concerned that if I were speaking on the phone, I would be disturbing my neighbors.

The one and only thing good about King's Hotel is the location. Very accessible and convenient.
I was expecting a better room with the price I paid. The bed is hard and the room look more like a hostel/guestroom to me rather than a hotel.

The hotel was really fancy and clean with good amenities. The location was great, close to shopping streets and a metro station. The room had a reasonable amount of space and the automatic door to the bathroom was impressive.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The check in desk is situated on the 11th floor. It's very unconviniente when you have many bags. We had to give in cash 500 HK dollars for the deposit. They did not accept credit card for that propose. Very bad!!

The location was convenient, with fast food options and restaurants nearby. The deluxe family room was spacious and had a working shower heater. The hotel was close to the Causeway Bay MTR station. The hotel was clean and provided useful amenities like an adaptor.
Nothing, all was good.

Besides near to the Hong Kong Exhibition Center, nothing else.
The room is very small as compared and the facilities are not as per advertised in the Internet. Last day the Hotel Staff didn't even book a taxi for us when requested and have to walk all the way to the taxi stand.

Free Wifi. Good Wan Chai location.
Very rundown. Difficult to get the phone to work.

Conveniently located near shopping and ferry options. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. The New Year’s Eve celebration offered a fun and festive atmosphere with live music and tasty food options.
Rooms were on the small side with limited storage options. The air conditioning unit did not work efficiently and the noise level from surrounding businesses and street traffic was noticeable.

just the location that me and my husband wanted since a few steps away from his office which we visit very often. i was just so happy i found this hotel but then staying here for 4 days and 3 nights was like living in hell.
the rooms are so tight and suffocating so as the lifts that are slow moving. the staff can't speak good english and so hard to communicate with. i also find it weird to locate the hotel lobby at the 11th floor. my 10 year old daughter's comment was that the place is so scarry

the room was outdated and in need of refurbishment.

Great location and value for money.
The room door was open when we arrived. The room might have been cleaned in a rush. While it was NOT dirty, the hotel should have given us another room to avoid misunderstandings.
